Worldwide Shipping:
Canada-Wide: 7-9 Business Days.
United States: 8-10 Business Days.
Any other location on the globe: average around 10 Business Days.

Returns and Exchanges:
Returns/Exchanges for Clothing items which include Hijabs, Dresses, Under caps:
Unused in original packaging.
Can be returned up to 15 days after receiving the package.

FREE returns in person in Mississauga location.

Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue the refund.

Returns/Exchanges for Jewelry Items:
Unused, within 15 days of receiving the item for returns/exchanges!
Please note, all our jewelry items do come with a Lifetime warranty on the gold plating , so please read that page for any questions, or feel free to contact us! (* Please note: Any items bought under $15 USD/CAD before tax may not be eligible for the lifetime warranty, and we have the right to refuse sending you a new piece.)

Although, there are FREE returns/exchanges in Person in Mississauga.
The 15 days return policy does apply still.
Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Returns for Items Bought In Person:
Items bought in person/ at any bazaars can be exchanged/ returned within 15 days only. We hold all rights to refuse returning/ exchanging items that were bought at bazaars or bought in person, as those are discounted items.
This also holds for jewelry items. Any items bought under $15 before tax may not be eligible for the lifetime warranty, as those are automatically considered clearance items.

If the customer is exchanging, they will be paying for it to come back to us, as well as the cost for sending the new item to the customer.

ELEVATE holds all rights when processing returns. Free gifts or grace gifts will not be tolerated as compensation. Further, ELEVATE has all rights to refuse any returns or exchanges as they see fit.
Any disrespect to any ELEVATE employee will not be tolerated whether online through email, or in person.
