Is there a warranty that comes with E L E V A T E products?

Yes all ELEVATE products come with lifetime warranty. No one likes to see jewlery fade and discolor. No one likes to see bad fabric. 

The apparel I ordered is slightly different in it's color in real life vs. the picture I saw online. What do I do? 

All apparel photos are crafted to keep the real life color in mind. No item's color is extremely off as compared to real life - if anything, it is only slight same color shades that vary. We caution all customers that product pictures may vary from real life due to lighting and camera differences. You can easily return or exchange your item. My jewelry seems to be fading or tarnishing, what do I do?

In the rare instance that you've noticed some fading or tarnishing on your jewelry piece or some other item, please reach out to us at contactatelevate@gmail.com so that we can help. Be sure to include the following:

-Your order number

-A clear photo of your piece, closely focused on the defect.

My chain of the jewlery piece I bought broke. What do I do? 

We recommend that you safeguard your jewelry from anything that is a potential breaking hazard. Any children tugging at your jewlery, etc. should be considered. All jewlery chains will break, even real gold, if one tugs at it. E L E V A T E's lifetime warranty covers only tarnishing and color discoloration. We secure all our pieces during production and our chain does not break easily. How should I take care of my jewelry?

While we proudly claim a Lifetime Warranty on all of our products, we still think jewelry needs to be truly taken care of so that it's always looking its best! Here's five helpful tips to keep your jewelry shining:

1. Gently clean the pendant and the chain with a soft cloth after taking it off or before putting it on. Doing this helps prevent any dust accumulating on the pendant chain, and will keep its shine at its brightest! As stated above, this jewelry is permissible to go into water, so if it needs a little more cleaning than just a cloth, feel free to wipe it down with a moderate amount of warm water!

2. Avoid excess sweat, perfume, chlorine, lotions, and oil. Even though our necklaces our rust-and-tarnish-free, an excess of anything can cause harm.  Chemicals can cause a gold-plated piece to lose some of its color and sheen, so perhaps wear the jewelry after spraying your favorite perfume or applying your lotion, and try to take it off before any physical exercise or the pool to make sure it lasts as long as possible!

3. Wrapping your jewelry, keeping the piece safe when it's not in use is a great idea. This keeps it away from scratching against other objects, and any potential accidents. 

4. Lock the clasp together when not in use. Keeping the chain locked together, as if it is being worn, will help the chain avoid potential tangles which could damage the chain. Lock the clasp together when you store your jewelry away and we hope that proves to be a good habit to get into!

5. Even though you love your jewelry with all your heart, try avoiding wearing it in your sleep. We often subconciously move and turn in our sleep and jewelry like necklaces and bracelets can get tangled together and accidentally damage the chain or scratch the pendant. Take care of it by removing it before bed!
