ELEVATE jewelry products come with lifetime warranty on the gold plating.
In the rare instance that you've noticed some fading or tarnishing on your jewelry piece , please reach out to us at elevatereturns@gmail.com so that we can help. Be sure to include the following:
-Your order number
-A clear photo of your piece, in good lighting.
- If not purchased online, provide the booth location that the item was purchased at, with the receipt.
Please note: Items under $15 USD/ CAD (before tax) are automatically considered Clearance items, and lifetime warranty does not apply.
*Items that cannot be dropped off to our Mississauga Location, may need to be shipped to be examined at the customer's cost.
My chain of the jewlery piece I bought broke. What do I do?
We recommend safeguarding your jewelry from potential hazards, like children tugging at it. All jewelry chains, even real gold, can break if pulled. E L E V A T E’s lifetime warranty covers tarnishing and color discoloration only.

Here are three simple tips to care for your jewelry:
1) Clean regularly: Wipe your pendant and chain with a soft cloth to keep them shiny. You can use warm water for extra cleaning, but avoid harsh chemicals.
2) Avoid excess exposure to chemicals: To preserve its color and shine, wear your perfume/ lotions / sanitizers before puting on the jewelry. It is best to remove it before exercising or swimming.
3) Store carefully: When not in use, store your jewelry safely by locking the clasp to avoid tangling, and wrap it to prevent scratching. Also, avoid wearing it while sleeping to prevent accidental damage.
